BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
PAYMENT
“A 25% booking deposit is required either via the JM Leisure website or by credit/debit card over the phone. The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival via cash or credit/debit card. Full payment can also be made prior to arrival upon request.”
REFUND POLICY
“Cancellations made more than 28 days before arrival will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 28 days of arrival will be refunded 50%, or you may choose alternative dates within 6 months of booking. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable; however, we offer the option of alternative dates within 6 months of booking.”
CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the unlikely event of conditions beyond our control, and in this event, we will return your payment in full or will offer alternative dates. We do not pay compensation.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Caravan and Tent pitches are available from 2pm and must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure, unless otherwise arranged.
Bell Tents and shepherds huts are available from 2pm and must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure, unless otherwise arranged.
Should a specific pitch ie (Hard standing) be required, please enquire at the time of booking. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request.
GROUPS
We reserve the right to refuse single sex groups as well as groups aged 21 and under.
Minimum stay requirements will be applied on certain dates throughout the year, namely Bank Holidays and in high season.
PITCH SIZES
Pitches are generously sized.
ELECTRIC
Electric facilities are available and require Tokens purchased on site. Please note, for your safety, generators are not permitted.
SEASONS
Low Season October 1 – March 31
Mid Season April 1 – May 31
High Season June 1 – September 30
BELL-TENTS/SHEPHERDS HUTS ADMISSION
Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible.
Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit. No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
CHANGES TO YOUR HOLIDAY
EXTRAS
Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.
GENERAL
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume.
HIRED ACCOMMODATION
No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
Your unit must be left clean and tidy; or you will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
OCCUPANCY
No hen/stag parties permitted
The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only – bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
RECEPTION
Reception is closed from 7 pm to 9 am No arrivals are permitted between these times unless otherwise arranged.

Park rules:
Here are a few pointers to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
1. No Fires or Wood Burning! BBQ’s with coals or briquettes
are allowed but please make sure they are raised above ground on
the bricks provided (please ask a member of staff) and that they are a safe
distance from your neighbours tent.
2. Quiet time is between 22.30pm and 7am (This means loud music,
loud talking, shouting etc,.) please think of your neighbours.
3. Before setting up Arrange a pitch at reception, you must be at least
20ft apart from other caravan park users.
4. Electric hook-up All power points are on meters, tokens can be
purchased at reception at £1 each all meters are set at our current
rate per kwh, Shepherds hut and Bell tents electricity is included with your booking.
