Ferndown Golf Club

Dudsbury Golf Club

CHAMPIONSHIP COURSE The course is set in 160 acres of beautiful Dorset countryside rolling gently down to the River Stour. The Clubhouse with its south facing elevated position affords superb panoramic views. Streams meander gently through the course under Purbeck stone bridges linking the nine lakes with the river. Dudsbury Golf Club boasts an automated irrigation system to all tees, greens, and fairways to ensure top condition throughout the year.

South Coast Karting

The flood lit circuit is available for pre booked timed sessions and exclusive group hire all year round and in all weathers from 10am – 10pm daily. South Coast Karting opened on April 1st 2017. After a relocation and re-brand from their old circuit. A family business run and managed by father Ray and two sons George & Jim Lovell. South Coast Karting really is run by racers for racers. With a huge history in Motorsport behind the Lovell Family.

The Curlew

The Curlew has had a varied and interesting history. The building was constructed in the 1800’s and served as a farm mostly producing root vegetables. After gaining its license, the building became Mulligan’s fish restaurant, then a themed pub and was more recently called The Manor before settling on being named after the wading bird – the Curlew.

The Owls Nest home of great food and the finest real ale

Listed again in CAMRA’s Good Beer Guide for 2020. Come and try our fine real ales! That means the Owls Nest has been in the guide for 9 years on the bounce! We have in recent years been East Dorset CAMRA’s rural pub of the year – if you enjoy fine real ale the Owls Nest is one of the best pubs around!

The Pear At Parley

The dining pub nestles amongst 5 acres of open woodlands within a picturesque riverside setting and has exceptional views across the West Parley area. There is also access to the River Stour.

Great Location
Just come back from 2 nights away in Bournemouth. Loved this campsite as perfect for our daugther’s university, close to loads of lovely places and has at least 3 pubs in walking distance! Lovely owners that have clearly spent alot of money on the site with more developments on the way. Male and Female Shower and Toilet very clean, they look as if they have just been installed. We will be back.
